Delete your account
You can do this yourself, at any time, in about a minute.
In the app
- If you pay for a plan, cancel it first: Settings, then Subscription, then Manage or cancel.
- Open Settings and scroll to Account.
- Choose Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and confirm.
What is deleted
- Your account, your sign-in record and your name and email.
- Your reading progress, streak and points, saved words, bookmarks, highlights, notes and collections.
- Your prayer journal, novenas, memory verses, the names under Mga Yumao, and your plans.
- Your family circle memberships, the intentions you added, and the blessings you sent or received.
- Your saved AI answers and your reminder settings.
- Your plan record. (Our payment partner keeps the payment and tax records the law requires; we cannot delete those.)
Deleted data may stay in encrypted backups for a short time until they are overwritten. Your Google account is not affected. Anything stored only on your phone, without an account, is removed by clearing the app’s data in your browser.
If you cannot sign in
Write to gabaybible@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with, saying you want your account deleted. We will confirm and delete it within 30 days.
